Bid Marketplace access and lead distribution are not gated by plan tier—every Business plan, including Starter, can receive and bid on leads. Higher tiers add team seats, analytics, templates, and workflow tools.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 1 property, unlimited Find a Pro and Get Bids, and 2 AI projects a month at no cost.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create a free account and start on the Free plan without entering payment details.
Are homeowner and Business plans separate?
Yes. Homeowner plans and Business plans are billed and managed separately, based on how you use KasaTool.
Are Pro lead fees currently waived?
Yes. Business subscriptions are live during the public beta; lead fees for Pros are currently waived to encourage early marketplace participation.
Will lead fees stay waived forever?
No. The waiver is temporary and intended to help the marketplace grow. It may change as marketplace activity increases.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, from your account settings at any time.
What are Kasa AI / Design Credits?
A shared monthly credit pool that Kasa AI conversations, AI Visualization edits, and nameplate/label scans draw from on Plus and Pro plans.
What happens when I use my credits?
Credit-based features pause until your monthly allotment refreshes, or you can upgrade to a plan with a higher monthly credit amount.
Are subscriptions live during beta?
Yes. KasaTool subscriptions are live during the public beta. The only current waiver is Pro lead fees.
Which features are intentionally hidden during beta?
Landlord and renter tools are not yet part of the public beta. They're future functionality, not something you can enable today.
